Note: The material language will be English.
You won't need to sit for any exams to complete your CIPD L3 - Foundation Certificate in People Practice; you'll submit seven written assignments, one for each module. To support your success, we provide draft assignment feedback, allowing you to refine your work before final submission. You have up to three attempts per assignment, ensuring ample opportunity to pass.

Prerequisite For CIPD Level 3 Certificate
- The candidate must be over 18 years old.
- Prospective candidates must demonstrate a high standard of both spoken and written English to register for a CIPD qualification and must have undertaken an approved assessment in the last two years.
- A minimum of high school-level education (equivalent to GCSEs in the UK or an international equivalent).
- Membership at CIPID is a must to earn the certification.
- Prior experience in HR is preferred.
- Access to high-speed internet and proficiency in basic computer skills are required.
